A rosé typical of the Luberon appellation elaborated with great finesse by the Mayor of Ménerbes. Domaine Ruffinatto is one of our repeat winemakers. A small winery means small amounts of wine made, so stock up on this beautiful wine.

PROFESSIONAL OVERVIEW
A pale rosé, very fresh, ideal companion for summer evenings. The vines are grown in Organic Agriculture, clinging to the northern foothills of Luberon on clay-limestone hillsides, which produces this bright and refreshing wine.
GRAPES: Grenache noir 45%, Cinsault 35%, Carignan 15%, Syrah 5%
NOSE: Elegant and pleasant on candied fruits
TASTING NOTES
Pale pink, slightly salmon-coloured wine with a fresh, straight nose expresses aromas of sweets and berries (strawberry, blackcurrant, redcurrant).
VINIFICATION
The bottom of the slopes of red grapes are harvested manually, early in the morning. The destemmed and crushed black grenache undergoes a slight skin maceration, while the other grape varieties are pressed directly.
Aging in stainless steel vats with fining and racking helps clarify the wine naturally.
